About the Role:
As an Information Security Officer at Shuwaikh Gate Holding, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s digital infrastructure and information assets. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing robust cybersecurity policies, managing potential threats, and ensuring the organization’s compliance with security standards and regulations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution, working closely with IT and other departments to create a secure and resilient IT environment. Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
Safeguard organizational data and IT assets from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Manage incident response and investigate any breaches or violations.
Stay current with emerging security technologies and cyber threat intelligence.
Provide recommendations for enhancing the company’s cybersecurity posture.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead risk management initiatives and implement appropriate security controls.
Educate and train employees on security awareness and best practices.
Report security incidents and overall status to senior management.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Information Security or related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Certifications (preferred):
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
Language: Proficient in English.
