  • About the Role:

    As a Boutique Retail Manager , you will take charge of the daily operations of our boutique in Khairan Mall. Your mission is to create a premium shopping experience that reflects the elegance of our brand, while driving team performance and achieving sales goals.

    You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage product displays and inventory, and ensure customers receive exceptional service from the moment they enter the store. If you’re a leader with a passion for fashion, strong business acumen, and a keen eye for detail  this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience
• Oversee merchandising and stock levels
• Drive boutique performance with strategic insights
• Coordinate with suppliers and marketing teams
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance

 

Requirements:

  • Arabic-speaking Female (preferred)
  • Fashion-forward with a strong sense of style
  • Fluent in English
  • University graduate (preferred)
  • 8+ years of retail fashion experience, including 2+ in leadership
  • Experience with premium or luxury brands in Kuwait
