  • About the Role:

    We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Shuwaikh Gate Holding. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, developing high-quality events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful activities aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Event & Activation Management: Plan and execute events, activations, and mall campaigns from concept to completion

  • Trade & Campaign Support: Assist in creating promotional calendars aligned with retail cycles and national events

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to develop and execute marketing strategies.

  • Marketing Support: Contribute to content planning for social media and online platforms related to events

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to support the development of innovative marketing strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Brand Awareness: Promote brand visibility and awareness across all digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, branding, content creation, and graphic design.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency.

    • Ability to create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital platforms.

    • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with laptop, Adobe software, and other marketing tools.
